Well today after 4 1/2 months after my operation I started physio
Wow it was amazing i was booked in for hour and was told I won’t last so long on first session. I managed 25 minutes and was extremely tough and wow But as it first time was exciting.
I know this will be tough and may take months before able walk properly but it’s exciting
Oh I also drove to physio and dad drove back
Sorry for post but wow was amazing |

I saw a physio for a while a few years back. A very sexy slender woman. But fuck me was she the devil incarnate She would've made the perfect dominatrix.
Good luck with it all op |

Next session is with the young brunette introduced to yesterday omg she’s fit and cute also but my physio said she will work me harder than he will, she seemed nice and friendly which is good cos even though I hated my physio at points still chatted and laughed.
Funny my imidiate family and my physio only ppl I speak to in person so feel made a friend even though he just doin his job as I would if role swapped
Thanks again for the support and msgs they help and keep me going (funny I get support here I get from so called friends in work who don’t msg me or visit me in 4.5 months) |

Well done on the physio, I've got a broken tibia at the moment and won't be able to walk for 6 months. I've had some physio already but it's hard as I've got a External fixator on my leg which weighs a tonne! Keep going! |

Congrats. Physios are psychos (well at least the ones I have dealt with), but it's worth pushing through the pain to get your life back to some semblance of normality. Keep up the good work xx |

I was hampered 6 weeks cos bone didn’t heal as planned and on week 3 I tore my calf muscles an pulled hamstring an stuff with walking toetouch.
I took constant photos also of leg an it’s crazy see the muscle waste happen |
