Was supposed to be a roast chicken dinner, but the chicken smelt iffy so binned that and now having salmon en croute.

Had roast chicken was very lovely indeed and the kids helped me make home made trifle. Been baking all day home made mince pies and cookies. Love cozy days in with them.
