Do you celebrate the little victories in life? The little things you have maybe been too anxious to do, but you’ve finally done it.

I celebrate being a good boy and going to the supermarket with a pack of chocolate eclairs

(They frequently don't even make it out of the car park )

I celebrate it passively - with an inner feeling of self-confidence and self-pride. And no doubt with a large smile on my face!

If I’ve been really virtuous and had a good day with my diet and the calorie count then yeah I’ll celebrate! With cake.
