I didn't when we first joined, but now we Fab everyone unless it's a profile full of cock pics then they don't get Fabbed, we don't leave anybody out, Now get messages of guys thanking us for giving them 1 Fab, I think if it gives that person a little confidence then it's a good thing.

The vast majority of my fabs come from men, a few from couples and only the odd one now and again from the ladies. They are mostly cock pics and I know many women say they're sick of cock pics so I'm not surprised to be honest.
