Just watched the first of the new series. Jodie Whittaker was pretty good in the role as the Dr . Not as dry and sarcastic as the fantastic Peter Cipaldi but nonetheless not a bad start for the new incarnation.

I really enjoyed her scatty fun energy it was ace . I also loved the positive strong male character who has autism . It's time those who learn differently amwereshown in a positive light

Unimpressed, switched off half way through, plot was weaker than 0% Lager, wooden acting, best thing was the scenes at Hathersage Edge.

DB played a brilliant Hartnell,

Or Reece Shearsmith resurrecting his part as Patrick Troughton in the same drama.
