Lower your carbs and eat healthy fats and good sources of protein. Stay off shit like burgers, fries, crisps, etc (mmm mmm) and make sure you can maintain your diet otherwise you'll give up. Also have patients as changes will be gradual, but you can do it Good luck! |

Erm if you were to ask a marine what their diets like it’s varied and has a high calllorie content to deal with all the excessive physical exercise they do, pretty much the same as all the other branches of the armed forces.
Except the RAF they just eat crap and put their feet up in hotels.

Best diet is as much variety as you can practicality manage
