It's a wierd one, I heard it said in a cooking programme thankfully

If you're ok with the texture you can make it taste nice with spices, herbs and vegetables.
It's expensive for what it is though and bulgur wheat is similar. |

Less is more with keenwa. Make the veg the main art of the dish. Also stops you tasting any bitterness. |
