My god people help !!!!
Give me your cures for snoring !!!!
My almost 17 year old son is bad and it's affecting everyone in the house
Tried the nasal strips ...spray ....he not overweight doesn't drink

My snoring was due to obstructive sleep apnoea. My windpipe collapses when sleeping & I stopped breathing 116 times an hour & was permanently exhausted. I now have a cpap machine which basically keeps me alive when sleeping & stops snoring. You might want to get him checked out xx

These mouth devices take some getting used to. They hold your jaw in a position that restricts your tongue sliding back and making noise. It can take a couple of weeks to get used to them, but well worth it. |

Yeah I was going to say get him checked for sleep apnoea.The machine and mask is never going to be sexy but at least he won't die in his sleep.
