How recent do you feel photos should be, especially if there is a large change in weight or appearance?

If you are meeting up etc they should be fairly recent. I have found. People with their most recent pictures a few years ago x

My oldest pic is 6mths old..

Newest today..

You should change them if you have changed in appearance otherwise someone is going to get a shock when they meet you

I always ask how old photos are but mainly will cam with someone before meeting. It just cuts out all that (oh dear they don't look like their photos) issue in the pub or where ever you first meet someone.
