Cheese and pickle every time, but it has to be extra mature cheddar and decent pickle, none of that Branston shit. Hmm Cunninghams picallili, lush.

Nice nutty brown bread, a touch of Dijon mustard on the bottom slice.

A good thick layer pastrami, water cress, black olives, a sprinkle of a sharp, good cheddar and a thick spread of humous on the top slice.

Damn!

Or leftover lamb, soaked in gravy. Put it on a bun and warm it up for 20 seconds.

Bacon and mushroom, bread toasted on one side.
