Possibly a reflex action? First thing you saw? Or last thing you had out of the fridge last night?
Try having a bottle of water in the prominent fridge position where you see that first, its what you reach for.
Dehydration does funny things to a person!

OOP's,then go with 'its 5pm somewhere' and write it off as an error. Tomorrow is another day!
That said, if you are worried about your alcohol habits get help sooner rather than later. Or worried about whatever thoughts/shock prompted you to open the bottle, don't suffer in silence.
