I need some silicone breast enhancers but not sure which ones to buy and where to get them, i am a 38b bra size.

There are lots out there but it depends how much you want to spend as some can be really expensive. If you really want good ones there are some post surgery ones for women that are very life like but are not cheap.

Yes am after the chicken fillet ones, M & S near me are all out of stock but will try John Lewis. Just want to see which would suit me before ordering on line. Thanks for the advice though
