Try doing a search for some of the profile advice threads - it's mostly fairly common sense stuff about being appealing, telling people what you are looking for and can offer, showing some personality etc - but they're worth a read.
Also take a look at MsGivesWood's profile - she has an excellent advice section in it.  |

Welcome to fab Jay.
My advice is to keep your expectations low and to assume you'll make great efforts for months, with possibly low level results. If you have tenacity and determination to continue, despite not seemingly getting very far, then you could do well. I think such realism is helpful.
Of you search for profile tips and help, there's tons of advice in the forum - do this. Be positive and upbeat. And stay honest.
Keep using the forum as there are tons of people here who are phenomenal - you'll notice people who are great, very easily. You're welcome here - it's funny, educational and a potential source of support for you at any point. It's fine to chat individually too - we're not about shagging everyone breathing 24/7.  |
