I'm really looking forward to my dinner today!

I've got a sandwich full of Sunday's roast dinner, gammon stuffing gravy ready to make to add to it roast potatoes on the side just a shame my Yorkshire wouldn't have survived what are you having?

Do you like bubble and squeak?

I so that on boxing day with whatever is left over.

I'm currently doing some bangers, mushrooms and will fry an egg yolk or two.

Tonight. Loaded potato skins, hunters chicken and a bit of veg.

A ready meal from Waitrose will be thrown in the microwave for later. It’ll be about 1am by the time I get to eat dinner later

I've just made a Bolognese pasta bake for tonight.

I would have made more Yorkshire and had another roast with the leftovers.

Have you tried bulgur wheat instead of rice? Or do you need the carbs in the rice?
