Anything by Hans Zimmer, a true modern great of the film-score world, inception being one of the best in my opinion, however the question was ‘best song’ so I would argue that it’s not a score that the OP is asking about.

So I’m gonna say stuck in the middle from resevoir dogs, there is now no other tune I would be able to cut someone’s ear off to.
