I'd love a *good* curry right now .... have just eaten the most disappointing thai green curry I've ever had. In fact I left half of it because it was so boring and bland. That'll teach me to use a so-called 'authentic' supermarket kit

How are curries in Liverpool? As good a rep as curries in Birmingham?

Nope not as good. There is an excellent veggie one in the city centre but generally they tend to be of the bland/eat after 5 pints persuasion.
