Saw the trailer for a film coming next year called Joker about.. The Joker. Looks a bit...nah. Didn't know it was a thing. Just saw it on YouTube.
Anyone else seen it? Doesn't look up to scratch. |

Depends on whether the film I'd for laughs or a serious dark portrayal and who's playing the lead role. For me Heath Ledgers portrayal was superb, and seeing how he's no longer with us, then someone has some large Joker shaped boots to fill! |

I think it should actually be alright, its staying true to the comic storyline and should be nice and dark, grim and gritty like the comics.
Everybody says that Heath Ledger was the best and nobody else can live up to his performance, years ago when people heard that the boy from 10 things was playing the joker they just rolled their eyes thinking "really? hes going to suck", I have confidence in joaquin phoenix playing the role. I really hope we get to see the joker when his face is hanging off and being held on with belts |
