What was the first movie that you saw at the "pictures"?

Watership Down for me. That was a great introduction to the world of cinema!

My grandad took me to see The Land Before Time in an old church that had been converted into a single screen cinema.

Only discovered when I was much older, that said cinema would screen movies of a much more adult nature once the sun goes down.

Thought the floor seemed sticky

The first film I remember seeing at the cinema was ET.

I remember Elliot being 8 in the film and so was I.

I remember standing with my head over the railing sobbing
