Well just back from physio who happy how everything going and big news I have been upgraded to only use 1 yes 1 crutch so am super excited and scared as shit lol
Once seen big consultant Monday and he says bones healed and stuff I can start super physio week after and get fit and strong yippee
Also he thinks I will be back work early December which will be amazing hahahaha but that all depends how am doing so will see
After physio dad took me Tesco to do lil shop and chemist for my meds omfg scary walking outside in real world with 1 crutch but survived
Well that’s my usual update will do later in week for number 16 haha |

Thanks guys for the support
Yeah I feel loosing a crutch was amazing yet scary, thought I may be able drive wow freedom and independence is calling lol
And I will go back work when right and safe but December is something to some for and be happy for as will be 6 months since op :-/ lol |

I had to have a operation to knee an tibia due to running injury which caused knee to dislodge out socket ouch
