Circuit at the gym tonight followed by a HIIT class. Torture Tuesdays I call them. My goal is to counter balance all the chocolate and cakes I eat and try to keep everything firm. It’s a constant battle - I’m a lazy bugger and have no will power |

What do they say it's something like 70% of what you eat, 30% exercise.
Going to the gym then eating crap will not get the results. I'm not exercising at all at the moment as I need a break.

Back and arms today but going through a bad phase.
I have to accept and come to terms with that my muscle building days are over.
Im past my peak/prime and as my testoerone levels decrease (which is the case when your over 35) no matter how much protein and good diet you have and how good your training is, its impossible to maintain my size.
Ive gone from 15 stone down to a touch over 13 stone in the past 8 months.
Seems every month i lose another inch or so here and there on my chest size or qauds or arms (hence why ive now hidden all my photos on profile as i feel they no longer represent me).
I just have to accept it as the only alternative is steroids or TRT testosterone replacment therapy but because i had a blood clot in my leg after earlier this year the doctor said anything that increases my testosterone levels will increase my chances of more blood clots.
So yeah its a bit depressing but i love the gym and training and ill not give it up.
Still look in good shape bit just on a small scale but lot more stretch marks.

"Not me my gym was burnt down a couple of weeks ago. Need to really start looking for a new one to go to. "
It wasn’t me honestly! Although it’s a good excuse not to go
Actually my original comment was tongue in cheek and I do enjoy going to the gym and I eat really sensibly. I’ve noticed my energy levels increase the more I go which is a great bonus for me as well as keeping nice and toned. |

80/20
With your meals a balance of 40/30/30 carbs, protein, fats ratio.
You cannot put train a bad diet. Fact.
Just home from the gym.
Supposed to be resting this week, but I'm stressed & worried.
Only way I know to de-stress is work out.
2hrs HITT & core session done.
My goal, to be the best version of myself possible, to not be the person I used to be, and in the process motivate & inspire my own clients that anything is possible with the right attitude. |

Single digits in body fat! Wowsers!
Like chocolate too much for that but admire your goals.
Off to do an arm work out right now... and then a short 15 minute HITT mid morning at work ( whole workplace doing them)
It’s National Fitness Day today so stay healthy everyone xxx |

I maintained about 7% for 3-4 months, it was much more work than it was worth. And Greggs nearly went bust. |

"Legs today, 320 kg on the leg press.
I want to get so big I cant wipe my own ass "
Now that’s fucking funny
I’m just getting back in to the gym. Warm up is 20k on the bike (i like cycling) and then I’m following a program on the various resistance machines. Stamina is a useful attribute I’m working on.
Help from a PT for good technique is useful in my opinion. |
