"If you’re well enough to read Fab you’re well enough to be in work!
I have a temperature?
Has anyone offered to take your temperature with a rectal thermometer yet? "

"I don't do skiving, I'm that guy who still turns up at work looking and feeling like death and gets sent home, only then am I ok with sick days."
So you're the one that costs your company thousands in sick pay because you dragged yourself into work and passed whatever you have onto everyone else |

"Stinking cold as of Sunday so I'm working from home today "
I was going to work from home but have my son off sick as well. I don’t usually take sick days and have battled into work. I’m just not being a hero about it anymore! |

"No such thing for me, I'm self employed.
I broke my foot in June and was back to work next day on crutches after I'd been to A&E! "
Wow! Totally understand why you did it. Are you recovered now? |

Nah I work in a small office seperate from the main office on site so I'm not really a biohazard. I've known too many skivers in my working life and how much they get slagged off for it by everyone else at the company so I like to prove that I'm genuinely ill before I go off sick. |
