I might give this a go again. I’ve always done WW as you can earn points with exercise and save them for alcohol etc. I found with SW you can eat a lot but only certain things whereas WW you can have anything. Anyone else tried both? |

I think the plans are fairly similar now bthe only thing you weigh on SW are you healthy extras (dairy and fibre) but there are quick 'on the go' options. You also have to count your syns (short for synergy). |

Well done OP! I was on the plan for a few weeks but work always got in the way of group! I still stuck to plan but in total I’ve lost 2.5 stome since feb! Got a. Way to go till target but getting there surely!

Well done OP I joined mid January and have lost 3 stone 4lb so far. It works better that other methods for me as can have occasional treat without needing to feel bad about it. Also made lots of new friends which is just what I needed |
