It does work but remember its purpose.

Taking it thinking you will get huge after a month won't work.

Will certainly benefit from it if you are a regular gym bunny.

Kre akylyn has less or very little water retention. And helps with recovery time as well as output. The only thing as with normal kreatine I expect is if you don't do enough exercise, it gives you the shits. Lol

Best tip is drink pleanty, use a good brand, avoid 'my protien' brand its rubbish and full of crap.

If you looking at making gains look at 'mutant mass' i put a stone on in 4 weeks, then went low fat high protein & green tea diet for 12 days after i kept the muscle size but lost retention whilst doing this.

I would suggest this is bad advice

My protein is pure creatine monohydrate , nothing extra

Creatine is one of the most researched products on the market with reams of data illustrating its safety and effectiveness .

Now when I say effectiveness I don't mean steroid results only that it's claims to aid lean muscle mass can be substantiated

Although there are other mechanisms one main attribute is it's ability to maximise , improve fast contractions ie strength and explosive actions

This in turn using progressive overload methods and good dietWILL lead to lean muscle mass increase

The above regarding 5 kg in a month is mainly nonsense , muscle mass is slow to add, a kg a month is at the high end of the scail of what is genetically possible for a natural lifter

Eating high carb as suggested in the above product will add weight mainly water and fat, at most for a newbie lifter a kg of muscle

I always recommend , understanding ones supplements and self blending many people pay for sugar and caffeine

But make a note of above

If a lifter is adding more than a kg a month it is most likely to be fat and water

Creatine is a good sup buy a none blended pure product like bulk powders or my protein, id suggest monohydrate, most brands are equally effective but have differing mixability

Tummy upset varies person to person , as does water retention

Don't confuse water retention for muscle although your muscles will feel and look more swollen with water , that can be achieved with carb loading also x
