I’d fire anyone who did that. If this is true and not a slightly embellished tale, I’d have a quiet chat asking her to stop and if she doesn’t, report her.

I'd put a stop to it immediately especially if she has a partner. My partner and I had a 3way with a girl at work. biggest mistake of our lives. She had a massive crush on my husband and was convinced she was in love with him and basically left her partner of 15 years and tried to destroy our marriage so she could be with him and when he told her he wasn't interested in leaving and cut her off she then ruined my reputation at work and tried to get both of our hours cut so she didn't have to be in at the same time as either of us. |
