It's great if you are happy with the items, been shopping there for the last year and never had to send anything back but both dresses quality were shocking, first time I want a refund and I never got any replies until today, my parcel was received by them on 31st August.... I was less then impressed with their customer service.

That is very bad, yes I've had a few things and they've all been decent quality so far..does put you off a bit, is there a review section on there?
