Shortest and longest time from initial contact to play meet?

Both ends of the spectrum. What was the fastest and longest period of time from initial contact by message to an actual play meet?
My fastest was 5 days from initial contact to a meet that should've just been a social but turned out to be more (first fab meet no less!). The longest was three months of pleasant chatting and build up to an actual meet were everything was ventured. Both very satisfying and memorable  |

Putting aside people met in clubs (if I didn't the answer would be "seconds" ) think the fastest was a few weeks, longest (and the norm for me) was about four or five months of chatting and getting to know one another.
Had one meet where we agreed the date to meet in December or January, and that date was June!! |

Fastest was 4 days, met for a social day 2, then again 2 days later.
Longest, was almost a year, became great friends over that time, eventually sorted our diaries out & met for a social.
Still going strong 6mths later  |

Cpl hrs chatting on here then met in his hotel
(Was in my wild younger days lol)
Now I like to have a social 1st then arrange another play date.
Way too many nutters on here now for an instashag meet lol |

In a club, practically instant (on one or two rare occasions). On here, a couple of hours to a day (also fairly uncommon, due to finding so few people attractive). The only reason I would delay where there is obvious mutual attraction would be for logistical/geographical reasons |

Shortest...four hours, started chatting 10am & met for a social at 2pm, ending up being more than a social though & still friends now
Longest...two weeks, because of the snow!  |
