Well after the amazing break away last weekend to Wales which was amazing as spent time with family, had lots of walks, enjoyed the hot tub at night but most importantly after 14 weeks I escaped my house and living room for more than few hours for 4 days lol....
Post trip has been tough due to over doing it while away, but feel was worth it.
Today went gym and tried swimming pool as per physio was nice did stretches and walk/run in pool although tried to swim crawl only and omg the pain felt like leg was being tore apart haha so stopped that ASAP. Still had fun in pool
Signed up for an aqua jog class Monday as sounds good an gym staff said could be good so goin research if ok do it if not wait till see physio Tuesday
Well that’s it for week 15 update, again thanks for support an chat if anyone wants help an chat more msg me or wink me ta for now |

Yeah wales was definitely needed and broke up my time eso as we did 3-9k steps a day so loads walking an then hot tub lol
Yeah I feel good although anxious cos see dr in week and still feel leg is weak and swelling still a lot plus work bein a pain oestering when I’ll be back and I worry be rushed back before ready, that could be me bein silly thinking am not ready when am I dunno |

Just make sure you do the exercises the Physio gives you. It’s soooo important. It really makes a difference |

Oh I know I have been was hard away eso after walking loads but sorted once home plus been doin upper body with dumbbells so it’s cool |

Good to see you on the mend. Why aren't holidays like that on prescription? Foam rollers and yoga stretches, if suitable can really effective, for waking up tight muscles and getting you fighting fit. |

Thanks yeah trying push physio once get clear bones fixed then can do more at mo my confidence in leg shot due to muscle weakness

Omfg I screwed up last night I was late with evening pills so knew bed time meds would be late
Went bed an when alarm went off went into bag and found my bed strip but night dose was empty ( can you see the idiot thing yet)
So I looked at med pot an went ooooh I must already took an not realised hahaha dumb mistake had worse night ever restless legs pain in leg an muscles so very little sleep
This morning went to bag get today’s meds and uh oh found saturdays strip (empty) Sunday with night time dose full and obviously all Monday pots full damn the realisation I must seen sat pot not Sunday but as room dark didn’t even look at day.
So after few hours finally settled after meds and breakthrough relief lucky also been seen gp and another 6 weeks off...few lol and discussed fear of my employer rushing me back before am ready gp laughed saying they can’t do anything as gp on my side main thing get fit an well so go back right |
