I was supposed to be going out but for some reason my coxyx is killing me
I googled it and now I've obviously got life threatening illnesses
So I'm having medicinal wine and sitting on a V cushion

How do you calculate your macros, mate? What's your formula? I'm currently 16 stone 1lb and about to go into a cut." That is good you are. I start with multiplying my weight to pounds, then I take that number times it with x20 calories which is for bulking, 180lbs x 20 = 3600kcal, which is what eat now, but for cutting you would times it with x14, so my cutting phase would be 2520kcal. I use mynetdiary to help me with the numbers, what app do you use? |

I use my MyFitnessPal at the minute but that's just to get a rough idea of my calorific intake. Using your formula - I'm 225lb, so that multipied by 14 would give me an allowance of 3150kcal for a cut. I get that, but splitting that down into protein, carbs etc is what confuses me |

Thank you, Ms S. Can you give me an example of how those macros would break down in terms of breakfast/lunch/dinner please? I'd like to know what I should be eating on an average day to achieve my goal |
