So I’m feeling not great, but staying positive

So in order to feel good and positive what do you do?

I put my thoughts to the good times I have had and try to imagine what good things are yet to come.

Sorry to hear that OP! Hope things perk up soon.

I take myself to happy times in my head, turn on some choons or go for a walk! Sometimes trying to mentally shut out the woes is the best policy, easy said I know, not so easy to do!
