Starts of pretty depressing doesn’t it, looking at the young, fit profiles and realising oh fuck I’m an older man now??
Then after time you start to embrace it, age is experience right? Just a number after all! And remember you’re only as young as the woman you feel yeah!
Then after sometime you love it, who would wanna be young, confided and unsure anymore in this altogether too confusing world!
Older men, older women older other - whatever you are let’s unite and appreciate the experience we all have |

Ha ha well ok yes I get your point but I don’t think there’s different stages of older!
To a modern society, like it or not, I have to classify myself as an older man... and it’s that realisation that prompted the post I guess.
I have grey hairs in my beard if that bakes any of that makes any difference though lol |

Ok yes I agree 35 and 45 are not old but let’s be honest we’re not what’s classed as young are we?
Middle aged sounds way older to me than saying older man or older woman, is that just me? |

"Just to clarify, I don’t think I’m old! Not at all, I’m commenting on the fact that I have to des robe myself as an “older man” "
I understand. I didn't at first but now you've explained I do.
For myself an older man is 50 plus. 35 is definitely not older from where I'm sitting |

A 35 year old is only older than anyone under 35. To describe yourself as an “older man” makes no sense unless you’re comparing yourself to someone younger.
What a peculiar view on age To what question would your answer be “I’m an older man”?
