I was disappointed to see a thread wasn’t about what I hoped for.
*this thread is for Woman and Men. But not vegans.
Every man needs meat, I’ve got zero sausages in my fridge, and could do with a Lincolnshire right now.
Any other suggestions from fellow members what their favourite is? What can buy when I pass a shop today.
Feel free to message other people in the thread and offer them your sausage.

Lincolnshire just has the right balance between herbs and meet. The sage is gorgeous and my local butcher has the best obviously. But I am blessed to live near Bury. And the black pudding sausage is stuff of religious proportions. It’s flipping gorgeous on toast with Ketchup, and there’s a certain pub in the town center that has mastered it. And o good pint to go with it.

Sorry, if we're bigging up the sausage then take a trip to our local butcher! What that man can do with his meat is mouth watering! Lamb kofta sausages are in my fridge, cooked and cold ready to slip between my waiting lips

"Home made burgers or meat balls you can actually make some really nice home made sauces too with just every day erbs"
Yes. Have you ever made them with sausage casing? Intestines?
UMake meat balls all the time. A mix of pork and beef with cheese and herbs. Gorgeous.

"Our butcher makes pork and apricot which are yummy..
I also like a bit of black pudding fresh from Bury market "
Oooh. The additions.
Right, I’m a chilli head, but I’m stuck to decide if chilli sausage is good idea.
Again, my butcher does a pork and black pudding which is nice and has a good bite to it.
And a pork and apple is always welcome on my plate. |
