Good morning all quick question, I'm due to start giving platelets on Saturday. Has anyone done it? I presume I need to drink gallons of water like when I give blood. |

They have sent me a little bit of information. Regarding appointment and how I need there 20mins early and to allow 90mins for my donation. I guess just drink load s and eat loads and don't drink alcohol and carry out any physical activities afterwards... |
