Testing my two new liquid fuel camping stove, and set fire to the single burner one!
I left it out in the rain for 10min, and some of the nozzles got blocked.
I thought if I kept heating it up they would eventually unblock themselves.
Unbeknown to me, the pressure built up inside and started to leak petrol through the once blocked nozzles. When I lighted it, it went up in flames, including the decking as some petrol was spilt onto it!
Good job I was standing well back at the time, phew!
Had to resort to a wet kitchen towel in order to put out the flame.
It now works perfectly!
Lesson learnt, do not allow it to be rained on! |

I have not started to make it yet, it will be quite hot, however, not bum burning hot! |
