Off to Costco later....think it might be the best place I've ever shopped at....anyone want anything?

24 cans of pepsi max cherry for 6.30 is very good!

It always amuses me with the random things they sell. One week it can be canoes the next hot tubs.

Need a company shop to open near me as well.

We love their Kirkland coffee beans and also always buy their minced beef too. Hubby gets through loads of so we tend to buy a couple of cases each time we’re there. So far we’ve been able to resist the lure of the cakes and pizza but it gets harder each time

Danny Baker always reckoned there were only 3 Costco cards in existence, and everyone borrowed their mates!

Best place for a hangover, wandering around eating and drinking all the samples, followed by a cheap hot dog!

Never been but assume they are slightly less Rip Off Britain than stores are.

"Never been but assume they are slightly less Rip Off Britain than stores are. "

They aren't always necessarily *that* cheap - but what they invariably always are is good quality and fantastic after-sales service.

I bought an amazing blow-up bed for about 30 something quid, that has a built-in pump, inflates in about 5 mins and is as comfy as some normal beds. It also doesn't deflate so that you're touching the floor when you wake up.

It eventually started losing air after my cats had their wicked way with it about 2 years later - I took it back and they swapped it no questions asked.

Fucking brilliant. I've had about 4 of the things and only paid for one...

Not fussy on Costco.....

You pay just to shop there and the food is far more expensive than supermarkets.

on the road to nowhere in particular

Research has shown that an impulse buy in a normal supermarket is a packet of chewing gum. An impulse buy in Costco is a 42” flat screen telly. Their Kirkland own brands have to be as good as or better quality than the best selling brand. That makes their batteries as good as Duracell but for a quarter of the price. You Can’t beat a hotdog and a bottomless drink for £1.50

The price of hotdogs hasn’t increased in over 30 years.

Hard not to pick up a case of mineral water which works out at 11p per bottle

The mahoosive birthday cakes (I have a lot of birthdays apparently )

And we haven’t even started on the pizza.
