So I'm having a really stressful/angry time with work and just people there as a whole at the moment.

Music has always been my escape and to de stress. Also I've found painting by numbers is great for me.

What gets you from a angry mood to a much calmer you

I disappear into the countryside for a few days and go all ‘ray mears’ the peace and quiet always sets my mood straight

I rarely get angry but people who don't have constant moods can irritate people who say one thing and do another and to de-stress the beach is very calming I'm sitting on it now

Get outside some fresh air take a walk it always works for me it brings back a seance of reality and makes you feel alive.

I agree the beach is a good release. Had a walk this morning along it. Much better now the tourists and kids have gone away

I also listen to music. But something i do when people wind me up, is to dwell on it and rerun situations in my mind that have either happened or i think might happen. I try to snap out of that habit if i find myself doing that. Helps me.

Yes i re run alot of situations over and over I haven't learnt how not to get
