I've seen them recommended. Do you mean the ones that are graduated from small to larger to help with atrophy?
I can't really help but probably a bit of research on forums specific to the cause of whatever the problem is might.
I used to read a blog written by an 84 year old woman and she recommended half an hour daily relaxing with a dildo.

Femmax range worked great for me.my reasons for needing them were medical though,so it was a slow process but positive results at the end of it x |

Your gp should be able to help or you can buy them on e bay.
Usually in sets of six ranging from approx finger size to about 1 1/4 inches diameter.
Prices from around £30.
Easy to use especially after a warm bath to help relaxation. |
