7am, but I manage my own hours so I can actually do pretty much whatever I like as long as the work gets done..

7am on a weekday, 8am on a weekend.

Normally done by 11 on a weekday and 12 on a weekend unless I pick up an evening bar shift, so mustn't quibble.

I manage my own hours unless I’m travelling to a conference although I prefer to get cracking by 8am. Trying to remain focused when working from home is a challenge
