"I only eat breakfast when I'm hungry, so my breakfast is normally mid morning "
Too true, I used to hate it when I was working away and everyone went down for a breakfast at 7:30, I want to eat after I've done a couple of hours graft, not 10 minutes after I've crawled out of ma pit ffs |

Always coffee first. Then porridge with recently picked raspberry's or blackberry's at about 7, or if I am feeling really wild, a bagel and peanut butter. Living the dream eh! |

I always have something within the first hour of getting up, but I can't eat much that early so I tend to have a yoghurt and have a proper breakfast around 10. I have to try and eat something small every 2-3 hours, so it usually goes something like - yoghurt at 7ish, breakfast at 10ish while I'm out and about working, lunch around half 12, snack at 2-3ish, dinner at 5-7ish depending on how organised I am. |

Usually after an hour or so of being awake - I have porridge with fruit or eggs if I have time.
Full English at weekends or if I have someone to make it for |

"I could never go without breakfast, I hate feeling hungry. I always have a couple of coffees, Apple juice and a small bowl of cereal, something like blueberry wheats. "
Omg I love blueberry wheats! Where do you get them? My local Tesco doesn't stock them anymore so I'd assumed they'd been discontinued |

If I’m on a work day I have porridge, if not I go for either bacon butties or a full English.
The reason for the porridge is the way it releases energy slowly throughout the morning. I do a physical job and I’m not getting any younger, so breakfast is very important. |

I start work at 7am so really don't feel like eating at 6am.
This means I'm ravenous when I get home around 1-2pm. I'd take stuff with me but I generally don't get breaks and its illegal to eat and drive hence I come home and devour the fridge |

Intermittent fasting fir me. I usually eat about once a day and mostly after 16.00
It was Mr Kellog that told us breakfast was the most important meal of the day, he’s made a lot of profit out of that lie. |

Technically, if you eat at all then you’re having breakfast as it simply refers to breaking the fast (and why the meal after a wedding is called breakfast)
But if I stop being pedantic for a second, no, not normally. I’d usually eat my first meal around midday |

3 coffees and that’ll do. I rarely have a breakfast as my appetite isn’t going yet, I’m then nearly too busy for a proper dinner. And that’s why I like a big scrumptious fulfilling tea.
I wish it was the other way round, but I just can’t eat if I’m not hungry in the morning. |

Yes weekdays.
6 wheatabix and two chock mini rolls plus orange juice 7.30am, start work 8.30am and will be hungry by about 10am. Burn through the calories so quick at work. Hence why we are all eating all day and slim at work. |
