Why are you being so disrespectful about enhanced boobs? You used to say you liked mine, your comment about the irony of women with "fake" boobs wanting real men was a shit comment. Also everyone saying fake boobs, they aren't fake, they're enhanced, even calling them fake is disrespectful, fake boobs are those plastic joking boobs, an enhanced breast is still the woman's skin, nipples, milk ducts, breast tissue, fat cells, I could go on, just a small pocket of silicon.

Had a friend who had hers done, and was lucky enough to see and feel them a few times. Nothing sexual, she was just very proud of them. Besides a small scar and obvious size change I didn't really notice too much difference comparing hers and my girl friend at the time.

With standard breast implants there shouldn't be any risk to nipple sensitivity because they don't do anything with the nipple. With reductions and breast uplifts they remove and replace the nipples so that will obviously have an impact on nipple sensitivity.

With breast implants your milk ducts are still attached and intact. I actually breast fed years after I had my implants so to here all the comments about them being fake tits and not real women or whatever, it is hurtful because mine are fully functioning breasts the same as anyone else's, I fed my child for the first 3 months of her life so I do take offence to derogatory comments about them.

Yes there is too little understanding of the whole breast enhancement field and people are too quick to jump to an opinion about it but yours are lovely - you obviously had a good surgeon to advise you. I have a friend who does breast reconstruction surgery and he gets a bit fed up explaining himself to the opinionated (tits!) about what he does and why. You look great and I think you should be proud too ??
