I am finding this is a regular occurrence either they get offence first and they block so you can't respond or block them ha ha, I as a rule don't block people, I am not bothered in the slightest as no intention of meeting them anyway as I don't know then it is no skin of my nose they want to block.. |

I get blocked by a lot of people I don’t even know! I only find out when I come across a pic or profile that intrigues me - try to take a peek - only to find I’ve been blocked!
Happened today when I tried to perve a guy on hot photos!
Doesn’t upset me - but I’m curious as to why someone would block people they don’t even know! |

If someone says no thanks to me I always reply to say no problem
Then I usually block them to prevent me messaging them again and wasting my own and their time.
I’m worried now that people think I’m petty for blocking them.  |

The problem is that some folks cannot move on. If you don't get a response from a message, get befriended, get told that the great meeting you had wouldn't happen again, get a rejection response or get blocked....face reality, it isn't going to happen.
I am still arrogant enough to believe it's their loss and I move on. Life is too short to worry about going back. |

Whoever blocked you seems to be getting hit with the shit stick ?
If he didn't send you anything offensive before blocking (you haven't said he did), could it not be he wasn't doing it for the attention or the drama ?
It could just be that he accepts there are a lot more guys than couple or single women that he has to compete with, and if he isn't your type, there was no point in continuing with the endevour. That rather than ending up messaging you again at a later date by accident and bothering you, he blocks you to respect your choice and to give you your privacy ?
Decency ia rare on here i know, but there seems to be a lot of smug people desperate to tell everyone how little they care as well ? |

To be honest with you I use the block button quite often sometimes, depending on my mood....sometimes I’ll use it because because a couple will have annoyed me too much with their bullshit and sometimes I’ll use it for more utilitarian reasons. If a couple have civilly rejected me, I’ll put them on block list so that I don’t pester them again in the future by accident. |
