I've had a nightmare with the tax man.
I don't pay UK tax. Some did pay it for me though. Spent ages on line trying to register
Spent ages on the phone and finally got the forms sent to me.
They rejected them for being the wrong ones. New forms sent out.
Guess what they were the wrong ones.
Finally got to speak to someone. All I said was I wanted to make a complaint and she said I sounded nice and any time (not shouting).
She looked at the notes, spoke to a few people and came back and said as I'd lost the will to live she used the brick wall and sorted it all out for me, cheque in the post.
What a great service from the tax lady, I wonder if they have a first aid person lol |
