Yeah,My Grandad was an orphan and him and his brother were taken in by an anglican convent and educated by nuns. there was also a priest there.My great uncle went on to becone a priest himself |

A priest isn't a vicar though. The same as a Padre or a Father isn't a vicar. I know it's samantics really, but my point was based on nuns and vicars being from different orders.

I think a vicar is a parish priest..so if there was an anglican convent in the parish he would be their priest..to be honest i got lectured so much when i was younger i kinda block it all out |
