mis-types and auto corrects leads cock leeds

I've heard an advert for the introduction of this zone next April in London.. it suggests walking cycling or public transport..

Last I heard about public transport in London the buses and trains were overcrowded or they were on strike.. this further tax on the motorist ..has the mayor of London or tfl said what it's going to be spent on ?

The idea is to push motorists into buying eco-friendly cars to reduce the NO2 in the air.

What it might do is force drivers to use different routes and increase NO2 levels there.

TfL are going even further than that. That want to discourage any use of motor vehicles.

The Mayors Transport Strategy states they will ’support mode shift away from car travel, new transport services should not encourage more car journeys, especially where there are good walking, cycling or public transport options’

The target is 80% of all journeys will be made by walking, cycling or public transport by 2041.

68 new zero-emission all electric double-decker buses will join London’s fleet next summer .I think many are already hybrids and are few fuel cells .

It won't achieve much other than to hit those who can't afford it most in the wallet

The mayor of London is a fuckwitteddumbarse!

He’s trying to get all coaches out of London, and if we do decide we have to bring tourists on and get them to spend money on the capital city, he then wants to charge us £200 a go!

That is... unless we (coach firms) go and buy a £300k new coach with the euro 7 engine.... they ain’t cheap to buy!

It’s stressing me out!! I already pay too much for my car and now with this, it’s all just going to increase.

It’s just a money making scheme. And the government’s schemes always rub me off the wrong way. They’re telling us to make all these minor changes but what about all their shit that’s killing off the Earth.

Wankers.

It’s expensive living in London and now it’s just going to get worse. Especially, where I live. I’ll be one of those affected the most.

It’s all for your own good you know. The Mayor wants to look after you, make sure you don’t get run over, give you clean air to breath, make you walk or cycle so you get fit!

Nanny state!
