2 when your bursting for the loo and find a toilet and go
3 when you've had a few and are thirsty in the night any you drink that lovely water

When our daughter manages to go potty without being prompted or when she manages to say her words clearer and in gradually longer sentences (she's in speech therapy so her stringing sentences is huge for us).
