Hi ...just looking for advice really.... I have been quite spoilt really and have used a wand for along time to achieve a critical orgasm I have now stopped using my wand for various reasons and I'm now struggling to climax
I have used the stimulant gel which helps ....any other suggestions |

I found I couldn’t orgasm through other ways other than a toy!! Had to go back to doing it myself with my fingers I realised I had desensitised my clit to any other stimulus, get back to exploring yourself through touch  |

It's not that it restricts blood flow but it warms your extremities, thereby your heart doesn't have to work as hard when blood flow is concentrated elsewhere. |

I totally agree with you. I'm not into toys. I prefer other methods and can orgasm so easily and often during sex
I read a book a long time ago about masturbating and doing this too often unfortunately doesn't help to have multiple orgasms with other than yourself. It might help temporarily. Please try to stimulate your brain first, try to touch gently yourself, no rush. Then stop and try again. I think there are few ways to fix it but you need to be patient. All the best!

You possibly have numbed the nerve endings around your genitalia and as such they will need time to be reactivated, so to speak. As others have said retrain yourself don't start with that area start with the other areas of your body. Use sensate focussing techniques, Google it, that will help to increase your overall sensitivity, obviously with a partner is better for this. If with a partner use blindfold to increase your sensitivity, as removing one sense increases the others. All toys should be used infrequently really. You will get your climax back  male xx |
