I still get nerves too even though I've been in the scene quite a while.
Nerves are a good thing though and the minute I don't get nerves will be the day I give up swinging. |

Some nerves / adrenaline is good! As long as it doesn’t become all consuming and destructive!
When it doesn’t make me pump adrenaline then I’m stopping!
Take deep breaths and remember they’re probably feeling just as nervous too!
I’ve had meets where I’ve literally shook beforehand! Not nerves as such, pure adrenaline!! Once the ice is broken 5 or 10 mins in I’m fine!! |

I've been on here for a few years on and off but still get nervous meeting someone new. For me it's all part of the exciting build up |

Nerves/anxiety before a meet will be the death of me..
I used to get a lovely flutter of excitement in the pit of my stomach but as ive got older its got worse...
As soon as we have met its fine but until then i am a nervous wreck lol |
