Miraculously i have lost 8 pound in 8 weeks. Why miraculously? I have PCOS which means eating sensibly (appropriate portions of macronutrients) equates to weight gain. The only way i can lose weight is drastically reducing starchy carbs and raising protein.
Mind you 12 hour shifts on my feet and great sex infrequently, have contributed |

"Woohoo got down to 30
Well done! No idea what mine is."
Thank you, but if you're not packing lots of fat and/or you're packing lots of muscle mass, BMI is irrelevant. I'm a fatty, so an 8lb loss and lowering of BMI is yayyyyyy.
My NHS BMI app now has me at "overweight". Whereas I'm literally borderline with "obese". More than or equal to 30 is obese. |

I'm pretty sure you got quite upset when I said this on your first post, lol.
But good news anyway congrats. |

What did you state? Not that it matters as I would not have taken it personally. You're an unknown entity to me, perhaps a figment of my imagination |

"As someone who hovers around a BMI of 31, well done.
The difference can seem small to others but the change of the label is not. "
Tbh it is just a label to me. My fat composition is visible (so I'm not talking of body %). I hate it. What spurs me on is visualising the weight loss in bags of sugar or bars of butter - that's what's impressive . |
