Gushing is not important to enjoying sex. Respond to her body movements. If she shows she likes something keep doing it.
Don't make gushing the focus. Make her, you and enjoying what does happen the focus. |

I had never gushed or squirted until my present GF got her mitts on me. It happened unexpectedly. I felt like I was going to wet myself too, but I didn't, although I did make a bit of a mess. The key for me was to be very, very relaxed AND turned on. I felt comfortable enough to 'let go' and it was pretty amazing. It was never planned, it just happened. As for the precise technique, I can't say.
Not sure if that is of any help, but the main thing is that you don't set out with an agenda. I _iew it as a super addition to already great sex. It's not the be all and end all.

squirted, or rather gushed, for the first time only once with my ex about 20 back I would say but did not know what it was at the time and was a little embarrassed.
More recently, experimented on my own and found out how to make myself gush. Does not happen very often with others but can always make it happen myself if I wish.
You do need to be fully relaxed and that's maybe why it tends to happen when I am playing about. |

i have been known on (rare) occasions to gush.

Men do seem to be fixated on this.
If a man messages me telling me he will make me squirt I would delete his message with no response.
If a man tries to push down on the outside of my pubic area whilst fingering vigorously, thereby pressing down on the bladder, then I stop him.
I have no wish to gush, squirt or take part in any watersports whatsoever. Gushing /squirting is not an orgasm, so why men think that this is a great achievement I will never know.
