Drinking in the house

Who has a drink in the house and who doesn't?

Don't necessarily mean getting pissed up at home, but maybe a can or a glass of wine after a long week at work

Quite the opposite nowadays. Much prefer a quiet bottle of red indoors.

No I'm not really a big drinker though. If I drink it's to get d*unk.

I see that in Mel B's divorce she is not allowed to drink for 8 hours before she has her child to stay with her nor to drink while her child is with her.

I don’t, I’m awful at drinking alcohol. I can do it on a night out or when having a house party as the main objective is to get d*unk, but I can’t just ‘have a drink in the house’ cause I only drink when thirsty, and whatever I’m drinking goes flat and warm

Isn't it funny how hardly ever a lady says that she opened a pint?

It's always vine

Ladies, do you not like the taste of beer?

I love the taste of beer, especially real ale. Unfortunately I can't drink it these days because it affects my blood sugar levels too much . I have to stick with gin and slimline tonic if I want a drink.

for various reasons neither of us drink much at all. We used to regularly drink a bottle of beer or a glass of wine in the evenings to relax

Very rarely drink at all, well not alcohol anyway.

I have quite a bit in the house but it'll end up down the drain or as gifts.

A really good glass of wine with a nice meal is one of life’s simple pleasures. I never needed to get d*unk to have a good time, I genuinely only drink wine I really like the taste of to appreciate it.

Never drink in the house and rarely drink when out, so it will come as no surprise that we have a cupboard full of alcohol, I am sure some people give us gifts of bottles of wine and the likes deliberately.

I have a fully stocked bar in the house, never less than 60 bottles of wine, about 30 of various spirits, and plenty of beer. Plus a few ciders for certain visitors.

House is party central, so regularly have a crowd in here. But I also drink alone. So I keep it well stocked.
