You'd have to just shag a dummy woman like bulls do a couple of times a day, and they'd straw up your semen. Doesn't sound a lot of fun. I'm sure you would be well fed though

I don't think you'd get a choice in what you did. You'd be locked up and kept in a lab somewhere with daily milking from some kinda machine I reckon.

Genetically and logistically 1 man could father the required amounts. Think 6 billion people so 3 billion women. So ball park figures 750 million in the fertile age range (give or take). Using artificial insemination to vastly extend the sperm supply of one man it could be done.

The problem is what happens after. The entire population are half brothers and sisters. Ignoring the obvious moral and ethical issues, inbreeding on that scale would increase genetic disorders and infertility in the following generations to the point where the human species could collapse. Even with screening and deliberately trying to keep a good genetic mix I wouldn't give good odds on a good future. :/

With only one fertile male, humanity would be done for anyway. The gene pool would be screwed.

There would be a lot of good looking children about. And ugliness would gradually die off.

Only real issue would be when I was old I couldn't shag any teenagers or early 20s hotties. Oh well, guess I could manage.

Digging through my memory, there was a recent lab study to attempt to make a viable embryo using two women's egg dna (the resultant embryos all being female I think) . If the world threw enough recourses at that, as well as freezing eggs from generation 0 to refresh the gene pool with non inbred dna, then enough genetically diverse people could be created to possibly divert the inbreeding crisis. Care would need to be taken for generations still...

(OK, I have now officially thought about this a little too much)

nah, it's just the kind of puzzle my mind likes to problem solve, like the problems in running a generational star ship to colonise another planet. But that's a story for another day...
